Has anyone put the Ginz sissy bar brackets on factory struts, any hints? I'd love to find the factory struts for a sissy bar but, it looks like I missed the window on that. Thanks

You can still find the factory struts with the sissy bar holes on Ebay. Just take a chance and do a search.

Also try bigdogpartsking he is a member here and if you hit him up direct via PM he might have something for ya.

Try calling some of the Big Dog Dealers that still sell parts, a few weeks ago I was able to find struts and sissy bar combo at a dealer.

I bought sissy bat and strut from Ginz

They made both sissy bar and strut

Strut is chrome vs stock aluminum

Ginz should be able to make the struts and the sissy bar. On my 09 bagger they made me the mounting plates and 2 sissy bars, one with luggage rack and one without. I thought I had seen on their site they will make struts too. you might try taking pictures of yours with measurements and just see how much a custom set would be.

Or another option and not sure you would want to go this route but I know there is a wrecked 04 Mastiff, on Copart right now, last time I checked it was at a current bid of $1200 dollars. If you got the whole bike for say $1500 you could take what you need and sell off whats left make some of your money back and have a spare motor, transmission, primary and many other things that are hard to find parts. I know rear fender and gas tank would need work and seems like the throttle side handle bars were bent. But very good and rebuild-able bike or parts bike for $1500. Just a thought take the struts off it, send them to ginz and have them make you a set with sissy bar holes made into them.
