As many of you may have read on my trip to BB&BBQ/The Farm this year, I hit the mother of all potholes.

I had a completely loaded bike but luckily no passenger. The force was enough to knock both mirror out of adjustment (severely), make me STAND UPRIGHT on the pegs and blew my hat off and left a mark on the tire. It also snapped the welded on luggage rack that was attached to my Ginz 25" Cathedral Bar.

I contact Gin (Gary) about what to do in order to get a "fixed" luggage rack and convert to powder coat vs chrome. And after his initial shock and "Well, that's a first" suggested I find a box to return it to him.

While I was looking for a box to ship it back, he contacted me and told me to not bother, they were simply going to replace the Sissy bar setup with no charge to me.

I can not say enough how much I appreciate this and how much I would recommend his work to everyone!

Thanks much Gary (Gin).

I have one of their sissy bars on my RG. I work with metal as a hobby and side business. IMHO their products are top notch! Excellent folks to deal with.
