Not sure what type of lights you are using, but I used the Boogey lights and you can't tell there is a light on the front or rear until they are on. Just get the stainless braided wire cover and run it down with the front brake line and it isn't noticeable. Again, depending on the brand, many make a cover for the light so you don't even notice it is there. I used a Mega TNT stick on the front and rear caliper and the stainless cover so you really have to be looking to see anything different is on there.
