Lol it ruptured 2 days after memorial day but i didnt go to the doctor till 5 more days after that... everything i read on it that friday pointed to my appendix so i went to the doctor on the following Monday..so it done healed itself and had a small infection they said...took antibotics for 10 days and had the surgery Tuesday 6 weeks after the fact...all good now i guess just little sore...i was gonna go to work today but i got in trouble for even thinking about it lol..i may go back Friday i got alot of quotes to get done...honestly im still working just over the phone doing quotes and planning work i just got to get it all formal on paper.Wow ! Good time now to get the paperwork organized Knot….in fact be sure to get the tax info straight or summa them 87,000 new IRS agents won’t be pecking at your door….good to know you’re on the mend…..you gotta be one tough peice of leather to rupture an appendix and get through it like that. You are right i have had a few friends die from it... some people say im lucky and i get that but i say God got more for me to do so he wasnt ready yet...im glad the Lord wasnt ready too cause i really want to do a journey like Rick and Celeste is doing right now...im not getting no younger so i got to make this happen soon
I want to go see the Redwoods and i want to ride the whole trip myself... a 5 to 6 week trip and take Steph to Yellowstone...want to see Glacier National Park and ofcourse alot of other places too...just want to take our time... i might ride 600 one day and then ride 50 the next cause there is somewhere i want to spend a few days...i been looking for Steph a suv to pull my small enclosed trailer so i can haul another bike in there incase of some kind of failure that i cant fix while on the trip or waste valuable time doing it...also been looking at smaller campers that can pull a small trailer but im not paying that much for one of them...we will see what happens...hopefully we will get to do the trip someday soon

Thats one of the reasons im going to buy a suburban or something of that nature so Steph and Annie can ride in comfort and i got a extra bike with me incase of a issue i cant fix at the moment...i already bought more wheels and new tires to throw in the trailer cause i know the 250 rear wont make a 6000+ mile ride...those things i can do in a few minutes so not to break out another bike...i want to do it on one but im not going to mess the trip up by not having a spare bike just incase
I hope you have a speedy recovery. About 30 years ago I went to the Donut shop and bought a dozen donuts and ate them all, several hours later I was in emergency waiting to have my appendix removed but it calmed down and they sent me home. I learned a lesson about donuts.
