Gel vs. Memory Foam

I gotta get my seat customized so my derriere doesn't fall off after i've been riding for a while. Should I go with GEL or MEMORY FOAM and why?

I ain't Scott, but I like the gel pad in mine. It's a world of difference from the stock seat.

I got a gel from sterling and it has saved my arse. Stock seat is a board in comparison. Seat maker does nice work too.

I had memory foam put in mine and it helped. But then a paper towel laid across the seat would be an improvement over the stock seat. But I still have to stop about every 100 miles and stretch a little. The only reason I didn't go with the gel was some friends of mine had gel put in there seats (HD) and they said it sometimes felt like they were sliding around in the seat.

I heard the gel gets hot, but I don't have any direct experience. I've got 28,000 miles on my stock seat.

I like my wide
stock seat Fits my ass great. Get an hd zeppelin or maybe skip the taters.
