Gauge Upgrade

I have a 2003 Bulldog with the old style Tach/Speedo gauges along with the signal/dummy light bar (see picture). Does anyone know how easy/hard it would be to upgrade to a Dakota gauge (or any other gauge maker)? I know that they are drop-in for the newer single gauges, but I didn't see anything to upgrade from this 2-up style.
