Gauge cluster lights pulsating???

Ok, last night u went for a ride and got a a little wet. Didnt really rain on us, but the streets were wet enough to get water spots all over my dog. Anyway, on my way home after the rain stopped my cluster lights were flashing like a strobe and so were the other light like the high beam, neutral indicators. As I pulled into the barn and shut it down, I turned it right back in and it was all better... Has anyone ran into this?? Wtf???

Thanks!

Was it just the cluster lights? I mean, the head light and running lights weren't doing it also correct?

All the lights on the tach ring? looks like you just got some water in the plug or something. Is you speedometer fogged up alot or just the normal amount of fog?

No glass seemed just fine. No fog, really no rain. Just the water from the road slung up by the tires. I guess I'm just dreading the day I have to require or do a Wires plus kit. I just hope it's not today!!!

There'san older thread on here by Gasman I beleive that shows how to waterproof your tach. Might want to do a search for it.

Usually the indicator lights flash when you have low voltage. mine did it before when the idle was too low.
