I wanted to thank GasMan for his clutch cable replacement How-To... I am not the mechanical type and when I bought my '06 Pitbull this summer, I knew I had better either be ready to spend money on repairs or get handy with a wrench. So far I have had to replace the stator / rotor and now the clutch cable which included removing the exhaust. Without the help of this Board and forums, I would have spent well over $1000... now I not have knowledge of my bike and how it works, but also the confidence to work on it myself... because of posts and write ups like GasMan did on the clutch cable replacement. thanks to everyone who takes the time to do these write-ups, I know the can be time consuming as I did one when doing my rotor/stator replacement... but it helps SO much to guys trying to do the work on their own. SO thanks to GasMan and everyone else that take the time to make this board great.
