Gas Tank

Well it's August 12, still my tanks are not back! I've left multiple voice mails, George finally answered my call on August 5 for the first time since June 30. He said he would call me back in 40 mins, he never did. I need some help. Does someone live in the Ft. Lauderdale area that is willing to go talk to this guy and see why my tanks are still not done? I've paid him $2k and was promised by his paint guy I would have my tanks back by May 15.
