I am looking for a 2004 Chopper Gas Tank or compatible as long as the mounting matches. If possible black.
Note: Mounting holes underside of tank 11-5/8" (length) X 3-5/8 " (width)

The coating in the old one flaked out badly and I have some rust spots, rather not take the risk of spending money re-coating it. Anyway it's too much of a nasty process for my comfort level so I rather swap it.

I've seen it but I honestly don't know. The main factors to gauge fit is the tank undercount holes and the height, because if to high and/ or forward it might not clear the speedometer housing.

Ok finally got the tank. Basically it looks like a porcelain bathtub inside. Will post photos soon. The coating looks a lot better and more important durable than the regular coating for fuel tanks. And the outside paint was completely intact.

What was the cost to have that done Jose?

$600. Believe it or not a cost savings of $400 dollars going the regular re-lining and possible re-paint. Or even more if getting a new tank.

They can definitely do that without touching the paint and that into itself is worth every penny. Looking at the results and how the process was explained in the website and in person, the process is fairly involved and the equipment appears fairly specialized, for the process. The process appears to be very isolated to just the inside of the tank. Also the coating appears very even from end to end.
I did called two shops that would do the re-coating the more traditional way but none of them guaranteed the final state of the outside paint, as a matter of fact one guy did want to even do it altogether, because is a very nasty process. Another thing I do have to make you guys aware of is shipping. I am in Florida so I drove the 6 hour round trip from Daytona, to drop and pick up my tank, so I don't know if shipping is extra or factored in the price. That is something you need to check with them. I know that they have very specific instructions for packing and shipping, specially for custom and chopper tanks. There is a good chance that there is some other company that may be able or do the same process, for less or more money who knows, but these guys were mainly what I could find that clearly show the process and were local to me something that ultimately helped on making a decision on getting the tank done with them.

Nice job on the lining .
$600 sounds a little steep but
the out come is awesome .
I'd be happy with that

George is a great guy to talk to. Here's the issue I have. I sent my tanks to him and he received the Feb. 19. I STILL don't have my tanks back! It's supposed to be a 30 day turn time but I told him to go ahead and have his paint guy repair some of the imperfections on my paint. Now I have an 05 Mastiff with the split tanks. My coat was $996 for the liner. His paint guy wanted $1000 to fix the dings/chips in the paint. He cashed the check for paint repair 4-26. I talked to George last Saturday and he has assured me the tanks will ship by Wednesday so we will see. I have spent well over $2k with shipping costs but in less than a week it will be 4 months my tanks have been gone! I will post pics if I ever get them back. But needless to say I am not very happy right now, but if the quality is what it should be I will be satisfied but had I known it was going to take this long I certainly would have not had his guy repair the rock chips.
