This is what it looks like center hole is where bolt goes & 2 other square holes ???

The square holes are for your 3/8th ratchet wrench.

One of the outer square holes is for the other 9/16" bolt.

Nice of you to respond, but if he has t figured it out in 11 years, probably not going to lol

June of 2023... Sure helped me as this is the first time I'm taking the tank off of my 2007 Mastiff.

My 06 Mastiff has two bolts and getting that tank off is not high on my list of things to ever do again.

14 years later but I couldn’t agree more. Had to replace the rear mount, adjusted the height too low which caused a loud rattle, so I had to take that f***er off again. 3/8” socket wrench with a universal joint attachment ended up being the best option for me (if anyone still needs advice on this)
