Gas Octane

So what gas octane does everyone use???
Sunoco 94 octane should be fine correct?

I run 93 in mine.

Sunoco 94 is just perfect. I perfer that when I can get it due to there are less and less Sunoco staions around me. Any good grade 93 octane or better will be fine, just watch the ethanol content.

The book says 91 and above only, and up to 10% Ethanol is ok.

only 91 in Socal. I put in Lucas octane boost to get it to 94.

'07 manual says >= 87 octane with <= 20% ethanol. Thats for a stock setup.

I always go for the highest grade I can get at the pump. Though my 2005 O & M does say 87 minimum. Normally 91-93

My manual - 2006 - says 87 octane...
I have been running 89 when it is hot...
With my increased compression 10.4-1 I will be running 91...

I always run premium...whatever that is at the pump I'm at, usually 91ish

Remember you're getting the entire hose and whatever was left from the last guy... usually 87

Will 113 racing fuel hurt?

Well i just did a search to. And got 10 pages of posts.. And hardly any of them had to do with this question??? what fuel do you use?
