I forgot you got to get rid of those stock pipes and re jet dude!! That will fix your gas mileage issue!!!:2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Just checked mine tonight...gettin' 38 MPG.....Had 120 miles on the tank, and added 3.1 gal. Anybody getting any more miles to a tank?? :up:

Yea, I know the fact that it's still stock has a lot to do with my mileage. I'll get started on the mods this summer. :cheers:

I'm getting a mile or two better but as BB pointed out I'm still totally stock. Hey make sure you let us know the next time you guys have a poker run down to Key West. I'm just looking for a good reason to make that run down the highway with water on both sides.

DUDE! I am so going to be chumming up to the baggers on this one! The one that rode 10 miles, bought a 1 gallon can, filled it, rode back and gave to me last year at the Bikes, Blues and Barbque told me today that he'd throw the can on his bike for me for this trip.

Not bad at all...

I participated in a memorial ride this past Saturday and was surprised when I found I went 117 miles on 2.6 gals of high test Amoco gas.!!! Not too much high revving so I guess that was decent???

Hey guys, I get 100 miles per tank before the beads of sweat form on my brow. Had to push an AIH Slammer 1.5 Miles last summer. Sold it and got my 07 K-9. 100 miles I can still hear gas slushy around in the tank.

I wish I was getting that much MPG, 2003 Mastiff with super G carb, S&S 107. I get about 28-30MPG in town, or 90-100miles per tank then switching over to reserve (had to do this going down the freeway a few times, LOL). Manual says tanks capacity is 4.5gal, but I never got more then 3.5gal. in it when riding on the reserve. I don't ride hard so not sure why the shitty mileage? Seems to run ok to me, maybe change the carb someday.

38 combined highway/intown using Lucas , I'm running a bit rich and love to twist the fun button ,stock pipes with all baffles removed . These bikes do get better fuel econ while flying down the highway 85+ ? got 44 durring one leg of Myrtle ride 95 south /95mph 15 20mins using Lucas again .

Also want to say that these bikes will run highspeed ...While there on one ride was able to see 120 and had lots more but thought better of it , 140??:job:

Ray and I ran in excess of 100 in eastern WA for one entire tank of fuel and we got about 55mpg. :cheers:

Since changing to the S&S IST ignition, my last tank was 45.6 mpg, 50/50 town and hiway. Running G carb, 10.4 CCP and 600 cam. (05 Bulldog)

I just threw on aftermarket pipes and rejetted the ridgeback and i can now hit 160 miles on a tank! Before when i was running stock, mabe 110 miles, if i am lucky...

That's how i got crowned Vapor, because thats what i was always running on.
