What are you going to do, just show up and surprise us all? So we may not know the bike, and not let you in. HA HA hope you get it done.

Knows some things
He called me this afternoon. Bike was trying to start by itself, when he hooked up the battery. Had him pull the green wire to the solenoid, and touch the wires to the battery to see what happens. Well the EHC exploded. Come to find out he didn't have the plug, plugged in.
I can see the question marks popping in your heads right now. Remember we're working on an 04. It is a completely different animal. When Big Dog changed the EHC's in 04, from the style they had in 03, it didn't work. So their fix was to put the 05 style EHC in them. Problem was, the 04 EHC only has one plug, not two. So they designed a circuit board to adapt it. If you power that board with out the main plug connected to it, POP, and it blows shit all over the place, in your face, on your paint job.
In other words, make sure your battery is disconnected, before messing with your EHC, and everything is reconnected before reconnecting the battery.
Luckily, I had one I pulled off Sniper's bike, when we replaced his with the Axle unit, and my daughter was stopping by to pick some other stuff up.
Gabe got the EHC in, and we hooked up one wire at a time to make sure he didn't have some other short somewhere. Good to go.
Still has a couple more days of work to do to it, but I think he will make it.

Just got off the phone with him. Bleeding brakes right now, and he'll be on the road to Dave's in the morning.
Still have a few things to fix when we get back, light brake lights. Anyone riding behind him, remember he won't have any. I told him to ride in front of me.
See you all there.
