g carb question

need some expertise from the wizards on this site, iv got a 2005 ridgeback 117,, wanting to go to the g carb,,what else is needed to make this switch? intake? mounting ok? or is it just unbolt E and bolt on the G and tune?? thanks for the help! are people seeing better results with the G on or is it a waste?

You will need the intake manifold and the spacer between the carb and the intake manifold. The spacer looks just like the one you have just a larger inside diameter. The G shoud bring more top end power and if you are going to do other mods later you will already have the bigger carb. On my 05 I went with a XXX G carb. They gave me the same swap credit for my E carb.
