fuses, relay ?

can anyone tell me where a fuse box ,or relay would be on an 02 pitbull, was told to look under seat but not there, have manual on order , but looks like about a week before it comes in and i need to ride.

Look under the cover on the tank, in the center. You could also jump your starter, just run a jumper wire from the battery + to the spade connector where the 16ga green wire plugs in. A PIA but it works.
