Full Bore F2 Tire report.

Ok, so I went ahead and bought and installed a Full Bore F2 tire. [Full Bore is owned by Shinko based on everything I could find.]
It's listed as a 310 -- It appears to be an honest 310mm as opposed to the 300's on the market that run 305 to 318.
It clears the belt no problem -- but I do also have the rotor spacer shim under the rotor on my bike.
The tire was $89 plus tax, free shipping. It arrived ahead of schedule.
It was a PITA to install! (as usual)

Well, I put the dyna-beads in today as I forgot to take them with me when the tire was installed on the rim.

The tread pattern is not pretty and almost looks like its in the wrong direction but we verified the directional arrow multiple times,

After fighting compressor related issues today, the beads are in and tire is inflated!

So I went for a little ride, and I do mean little ride -- maybe 10 miles total (it was late and getting cold and dark soon)

Tire road well, cornered well for the little bit I did today.

I will say the tire feels much heavier that the old one. It appears to be more rubber to it that the Avon that just came off.

I will continue to update this as I ride and learn more about this tire.

I am curious what kind of mileage JBM gets out of this tire. I guess we probably won't get that answer until next summer at the earliest. The tread pattern is a bit ugly IMO, but you sure can't beat that price. I paid way more than that for the Michelin 140 on my harley.
