Fuel Line

I just happen to notice this about fuel lines(on all the BD`s i`ve looked at)....none that i`ve seen are braided...is this because of heat? Mine is due for replacing(getting cracks) I was going to put on a braided fuel line......just thought I would ask about this first

Had mine replaced with braided line when bike was new....no problems:2thumbs:

Replaced dry rotted braided line with new braided line last month:up:
