FUEL FILTER, WHERE TO GET ONE? I have the bike running on separate fuel source. New walbro fuel pump from ve perterson. I need a fuel filter to attach to the walbro pump f20000107. Ve perversion says they don't have it.

Not sure where to find but google Walbro 125-192. That part number is what you need.

Thanks to you all for your Help. I'm not very good at forums (my first one) yet but I'm grateful for this one and I hope to get more comfortable visiting and using it. Thanks again.:choppersmiley::choppersmiley::choppersmiley:

Keep in mind that anything you put in-line on the fuel pump line side to the injector rail that it is exposed the same 55psi high fuel pressure as well. Make sure all connections are perfect...especially when using hose clamps.

Pingle did not rate their filter for this high pressure but it may be okay - your choice.

I have it all ready and running except I tore a seal, leaks gas now. Anyone know part numbers or places I can get replacement T's. I posted a more complete discription in the technical forum under fuel pump assembly. Thanks.

Everyplace had the filter on back order, talking like I had to wait till January, so I took the suggestion of getting a victory fuel filter. Works perfect and I have a spare. Now I just need some new seals.

In the past WSW did not carry EFI components. Most come directly from S&S or from the OEM supplier.

The seals should come from Walbro the fuel pump supplier.

You may be able to take to a hardware store and match up standard part. Just ensure you know the material its made from and verify its safe for use with fuel.

I don't think that BDM used anything that was proprietary for much that wasn't also for looks, so I would bet that it is a standard seal or grommet. Maybe from a Harley, maybe Victory has something that will work.

I found this on the S&S website
http://www.sscycle.com/files/7013/7034/0606/106-1670_fuelpump_lr.pdf

Internal Fuel Pump Kit

If your setup looks like the one on page 4, it looks like you just need some nitrile rubber flat washers that are compressed with the mounting nuts and washers to seal the pump.

As far as I know, BDM used a S&S FI controller, so they probably used their fuel pump setup also.

edit;
OK, I couldn't stand it anymore, and I don't even have an EFI Big Dog.

Looking at your pic of the BDM diagram in your other post, and this

it looks to me like you can get the seals you need for the fuel pump from a 2006-victory-vegas-8-ball. The seals you need are here;

2006 Victory VICTORY VEGAS 8 BALL/VEGAS ALL OPTIONS (V06AB26CA) Fuel System, Fuel Tank & Lines - V06ab26/Gb26 All Options | PartsPitstop.com

there is some differences but I bet they got what you need.

for the electrical seals

BDM lists 2ea of #61 - step washer, rubber

Victory lists; item 11 - Grommet -# 5412095 - $2.68
item 10 - Grommet -# 5412096 - $8.46

for the fuel seals

BDM lists; # 67 - step washer, rubber
# 68 - flat washer

Victory lists; item 15 - Grommet -# 5412093 - $6.11
item 21 - Grommet -# 5412094 - $8.46

I'm thinking you should take your old ones and match them up.

and if they don't fit, remember this info was FREE:D
