FSD Frankie Serrano-Warning

HAVE TO WARN EVERYONE, DO NOT ORDER PIPES FROM FSD!! FRANKIE SERRANO or Frankie Seranno Design (F.S.D.) . I gave him $750 on Feb 12,2010 and still do not have a pipe or my money back. Today is august 7th, 6 months!!! ridiculous. I was given the usual excuse about the powder coater like everybody else. Neither he or Sarah will return my calls. If anyone knows the biker/hot rodding way you watch out for each other and this guy is not one of us. Do not trust him or his company. Because of his inabilty to admit he cannot do a job I have missed a riding season and this week in Sturgis. You suck frankie. We wil meet!!!! I guess I got lucky. I can't understand why I got mine so fast when I ordered after both you guys.

Have either you guys disputed the credit card charges??

Anyone who sees or reads how you are treating your customers will "INSTANTLY" not give you any business. I know when I read it, it launched a "HUGE RED FLAG",, "DON'T EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!".
Good business practices really go back to the Golden Rule, treat others as you want to be treated "Everytime"! And remember bad news travels really, really fast thanks to the internet!

I'm very disappointed in all this, because I'm looking at the Diesel's. Sounds like it's a crap shoot on whether you'll get your pipes or not. Group ass whooping anyone . . . uh, I meant group buy? You can always file a dispute with your credit card co. if you don't get your pipes.

I have filed with my credit card co. Not sure on whats going on, they called and asked a few questions. The problem my be when you pay and you dont get things and dont file for more the 60 days. My situation seemed diffrent because i had recieved them ...sent back ....and then nothing. The credit card co seemed to think i was withing filing. I sent them a fax with 20 + pages of emails and tracking info, along with phone call history


Bottom line with hearing more from others on this site ..............Is that FSD stands for Frankie Suxs Dixs.

At the beginning before you send the money they are nice and answering your mails. As soon money is transferred you will have no support at all. Waiting 3 weeks for answering your mail is standard. Always the same reactions like, we will ship them next week, I was out of office, or blaming the powdercoater.
I´m from Austria/Europe, we are customizing a Nightster for the EuropeanBikeWeek. Be sure we will warn all guys here of doing business with this "company". This is not the attitude of a bikers company!!!
Its a RIPPOFF!!!!!!!

Well under pressure from my credit card company im sure, I finally got my pipes, I hope everyone gets what they ordered. Frankie you need to tell people 9 weeks and then give them in a shorter time,,,,,,,,,,,,,, your customers would be more happy and if you have a return ,,It should go to the top of the list.

Yes pipes arrived in good shape, i havent had time to put them on yet. I have been running the streetwalkers. I got chrome ones , i just didnt like the look of the chrome ceramic,that was on the first set from Frankie. Hopefully the chrome will look good.

We manufacture many motorcycle components including pipes. I hate to tell you guys this but anyone charging $700.00 or more for a set of pipes even if they have heat shields are ripping you off.

Checked out your website to see your pipes. Look cool....but will they work on a Big Dog? Doubtful the stock air cleaner can be used with your pipes and they appear to be free floating. Got any other styles not shown?

Thank you. Yes, we will be releasing several models after the holidays. We will manufacture them from stainless steel and they will have heat shields. The EPA has about killed the chroming process in heat applications.

Our pipes will utilize a baffle you can open for noise or close for law enforcement and people that don't have a sense of humor when it comes to noise.
