FSD exhaust do not buy, i got ripped

Well i ordered pipes way back in February, i got a set of pipes that didnt fit my bike, was made for a 300 tire not 250 on a 2005 chopper. They scraped the ground and was very noticeble. Frankie said send them back and he would fix them. now for the last month i get there at the chrome shop. YEA RIGHT!!! Frankie cant even man up and call me back he pushes off on his receptionist. It took 2 months to get the first set and now has been over 2 months since i shipped them back to him to fix. All phones are now going to answering service now, no direct contact. I have no choice but to try and get credit card company to refund the money i am out of pocket. I now know what FSD stands for Frankie Sux Dixs.

Glad 2 months ago when i sent them back i finally got ahold of streetwalker and ordered up 2 sets of pipes from him. Very fast service one month too my door.

Man that sucks! I hate that shit! Hope you can resolve this threw the CC company, problem is once he gets notice there's a dispute with the CC he'll ship them out promptly! ARRRRRG! Keep us posted!

Sorry to hear this I had great service from them in April.
I ordered a set of pipes and had them in 7 days. Frankie called me himself
to confirm the specs I wanted.

If you can try to get a hold of him again hopefully he will make it right

well now i just want my money refunded out over $800.00

Terry @ streetwalker said 4 weeks and i had them before 4 weeks, didn't take my money till they shipped.

Frankie said 4 weeks took over 9 weeks now its been 5 months of him working my paid up front money

i leave a message every day almost with him , all calls go to phone service now

Did you notice that when you call and get the answering service, she always asks if you are new customer or existing customer.

I am thinking a call from a "new customer" might get a quicker response.

You have worked so hard on such a great product, I would hate to see a couple of bad experiences ruin your rep and effect future sales.

I am not going to tell you how to run your business Frankie, but not reponding to your customers, you know, the ones that KEEP you in business, is not a good practice.

Let's get this cleared up and put to bed by taking care of ALL the customers on this site.

There are 4500 + potential customers eagerly waiting your response.

Well said:2thumbs: I HAD planned on being one of those potential new customers, but now the outcome of this situation will influence my decision. Maybe reading Cyril's blog has already influenced my decision...there was not many positives:down:

Which Street Walkers did you get? I have the RPGeez and love the sound and performance. :cheers::whoop::cheers:

Well i got a phone just now from Sarah, said my pipes are done and waiting on coating, ive heard this for 3 weeks now.

The chrome on the RPGeez is holding up ok they have heat shields to hide the blueing and they do turn a a bit gold at the 2 into 1

Man I don't think 2 months is bad for custom pipes. This time of year I wait anywhere from 7-10 weeks for chrome from the local guy here in Philly. I waited 5 months for my custom wheels, 2 months of that was for chrome/powdercoat, and 1.5 months for a custom drive sprocket. That they don't answer the phone is bullshit, that kind of crap I can't stand. That's why I use a local guy for chrome, if there is an issue, I drive right down there. I've heard nothing but good about FSD, but I heard the old company Maimi sucks.

Well i wouldnt mind it also but dont tell people 4 weeks and then take over 9 weeks.

Tell people 9 weeks get them to them sooner and people are happy:)

Yes I agree. The longer this goes on the worse it looks for FSD. I'm really surprised to hear this because they forgot to send me my bolts and gaskets and not only did they call me to tell me they sent them over night.
Again I got my pipes in 7 DAYS!
I had big hopes for FSD
