Front Turn Signals- Mounting & Wiring

Hello All:
Can't pass DMV inspection because of front turn signals; they say mine aren't big enough. So I have to rig up some that will get it through. Would like to know how/where the originals bolt on, and where to pick up the feed. I've included pics. If someone could attach pics, that would help tell the story. The originals mounted on the side of the lower triple tree. You have bolts in there now. The feed ran up and towards the backbone harness, between the tanks.

That bolt is strictly for turn sigs? Had to be a bracket of some sort. Millions of turn sigs out there, some with studs, some with just a light housing with a threaded hole.

Here are the lights you need. Remove the bolts in you're bottom tree, screw these in. The housings have holes in them where the wires come out of them. The studs are solid. The wires run under the stainless plate on the botton of the tripple tree. It's hard to say what the previous owner did when he installed the other turn signals. The wires mark showed you are different then you will find on you're older bike. Did they say how big the lights need to be? image.jpeg

You will need to open up you're head light housing to see if the previous owner left the wires in that harness. If not you will need to remove the center section of you're dash to figure out what he did. The lights I have are one and three eights inch in diameter. They are led that light up yellow. If they are big enough I will see if they work and you can have them.

I am surprised they passed your head light.
