Front tire not centered in fender

Energy One
I noticed today that the front tire is left of center In The fender by maybe an eighth or so and is was rubbing the fender in the rolled edge. The tire was new in may if this year with about 800 miles or so. Also there is a groove started on the brake side where the bolt goes thru the fender on the tire . It sticks out about two threads past the nut on The inside of the fender the same as the other side. I have plenty of room on the lower part of the fender just not the top. Also tried to pull the front apart with no luck. Is there any type of adjustment in the axle or any trick to this? The tire is an Avon 90/90 21 54H. Is this the wrong size tire? The dealer I bought it from put it on when he got it, so I'm not sure what OE size is. Any suggestions would be great Just glad I noticed it before it rubbed thru or had a blowout! Thanks guys!!!

Possible however, I believe the spacers are same size on both sides.
True key word supposed to be...............this is why I do most my own work to check and re=check before I put it back together. Just something to check.

Yep. Wrong tire. I tried to work out the fender opening wider but won't budge. Need to get a new tire. This tire is less than 4 months old (1300 miles) too. Damn! Anyone want to by a tire that won't fit? Like brand new almost. :)

I found a local fab shop here in town called Hardcore speed and Fab that can get me a mh90 for $125 and 50 install. Seems like a good price. I think???
