Front master cylinder leak?

Has anyone had there front master cylinder leak? By leak I mean enough to cause a film or haze on the cover an body of the cylinder. Took the cover off and can see why it might leak the cover has no seal or (squash) as far as gasket. Fluid level and everything inside the cylinder looks good. Bike is a 08 K9 its got 300 miles on it.

It has a small vent hole that allows moisture to "boil" out. Mine does this on hot days and driving in stop go traffic.

Yes mine will have a dusty haze on it. Just have to wipe it off. But in no way is it dripping or anything like that.:2thumbs:

Mine leaked also. Ruined a pair of prescription sunglasses (Wiley X) DAMN IT:angry: :bang:

I sometimes get it on mine - next time I get caught in the rain it comes right off...
