front fender on pitbulls

do the front fender on 02 pitbulls bolt to the forks? mine has no front fender and after the ride in the rain yesterday i want a front fender LOL

can't say specifically for an 02 Pitbull but mine (05 Bulldog) bolts to the forks. Two bolt holes on each side where the fender strut bolts too - have to drop the front wheel out to get to the left side because the brake rotor is in the way.

i have a 2003 pitbull and mine does bolt to forks, but there is spacers that are approximately 3/4 inch thick.
