My stock was a 6 degree. I think it raised the front end just a tad. Its easier for me to get the jack under there now = big plus. I also like look of the big 58mm's over my stock 41mm.
My only complaint is the design of the axle bolt. It's hard to explain with words. But most axles have a locking bolt/mechanism on both sides to hold everything rigid. This bolt only locks in on one side. The other side is just the axle sitting inside the carrier.
There's nothing down there holding the tubes rigid at a set distance apart except the fender sheet metal. With enough outward force when cornering, the tubes could possibly spread away from eachother. I was nervous about this, but it seems to be working fine. I would like to add a fork-brace for piece of mind.
