While riding last week my front brake went inoperable. Apparently the PO wasn't aware of the fact that if you remove the right mirror that you need to still put something in its place to keep the pivot sleeve from coming out. I bought the bike this way and didn't realize the issue until it was too late. I lost the sleeve and don't know where to find a replacement. Who was the manufacturer for BD for brake/lever parts for my 2004 Ridgeback? Performance Machine? Anyone know where to find a replacement? The Allen key/zip tie setup that got me home doesn't complement the bikes look at all.
