Hey Joe...as a veteran (31st Combat Eng Bn--'66-68) who rides about 15K miles a year, I tend to go through a few of the dyna beads. And the occasional headlight too.
I'd be proud to acquire a set of the little tools that remove the headlight--I've done it with Allen wrenches and with the correct tools...they are the way to go. I can vouch for the that....

What is the EHC cover? I have never seen one of those.

It was the EHC box that the EHC sits in under the seat. It mounts to the rear fender, and the EHC sits in it - wires coming in from the sides. 2003 Chopper.
