Frank Smith (shot in the dark)

I got a look at my original title today and found out that Frank Smith from Gulf Shores Ala. owned my bike before me. I know he traded with Tampa Big Dog on a chopper,Sept. last year at Thunder Beach in Panama City. I spoke with him for a min. but never got his name or number. With him trading for a new bike and me buying my dream bike we were both too fired up to think about phone numbers. I know my bike has had some hot rod work but I don't know what was done and I'd like to ask him.....SO anybody know Frank Smith?
