Frames cracks??

Hi Everyone....
I was just reading another thread about the Daytech frames that get racks and was wondering if this is a problem with the earlier frames?
I have an 02 Mastiff which has a Rolling Thunder frame, do these brand of frames have any known cracking issues?

I have an 05 Mastiff with a rolling thunder frame and I did have a crack. It was below the right strut where the frame bends outward, completely see through crack. I had a guy I know weld it and have no further problems with it. This guy has heavy machinery and is used to welding things with alot of stress...all good now.

The 03's had a cracking issue that BDM had to fix for all owners of the RT Chopper models. I have an 05 and broke the RT frame coming back from Sturgis a few years ago. BDM replaced it with a BDM frame. Still, I like the RT frames better though!!!!!!

but the C and the R aren't even close to eachother !

My ex wife has a broom. Wish it would crack while she is circling my house on it at high altitude!

my buddy has an 04 AIH Texas Chopper. Found a crack in the frame, talked to Phil Day at Daytec, they fixed it and re-powder coated the whole frame and swing arm for only the cost of shipping. Hard to beat a company that stands behind their product like that.

I had a great experience dealing with Phil when
I bought my frame also . Daytec Rocks !

Yes my Daytec frame gets RACKS , iits never a problem
to me anyway .
