Foward Controls for 04 Chopper

I recently bought a 04 Chopper and would like to move the controls forward and widen them. I know that BD sells the 2.5" forward controls kit but how can I widen the begs?

If you could, please go to the introduction section and post an intro with some information about yourself such as what state you're from, how long have you been riding...ect. We would appreciate it. As far as pegs go, to widen them you will more than likely need to buy some wider pegs. Several members have went to diferent pegs which are way cooler than the stock set..
