I was aware of a similar thing on a auto site.
Crossfire forum. There was a guy doing tunes and selling parts.
I met him at a national event and had my car tuned.
I was a satisfied customer.
Later it was pointed out that he did the same thing. He had multiple names to tote how good he was. He was banned.
I think it was the right decision even though I was one of his customers.
Dishonest is dishonest plain and simple.

i back tims decision 100 percent...thinking about this the last couple hours...no offense meant anywhere but did he actually do anything illegal? wrong maybe...and maybe its just a marketing strategy used by for a lack of a better word salesman...if he can be benificial to some of the forum members...simply lay down the law as far as future dealings and call it a lesson learned...hate to loose the imput of a good mechanic...last ill post on it just my 2 cents...

Yes thank you for looking out for this forum and its members!! That being said I think there are two sides to every story and I think this "individual" should explain himself before deleting any accounts, and then be put up to a vote. I joined this forum last year as I found this forum and its members to be helpful and respectful to one another! The information on this forum is very beneficial to me and I feel lucky to have this information and its vendors a click away, so I rely on people like Tim & the moderators to police members to keep this forums integrity!! I dont see the need to have more than one account but I would like to hear an explanation from the "individual", but I support Tim in keeping the integrity of this forum top notch!!

well I guess after 3 pages he has the idea that we all dont like him and will prolly never come back!!! he apparently lies so much he believs himself or he just has no balls!! Im going with option 2!! why would you lie to people just to get there bizness?? WTF! this shit pisses me off to no end, fuck him and the horse he rode in on!!!!!!!!
