FORK TUBES ?????

Ok everyone, help is needed as i keep getting more confused about the upper forks on my 06 K9.
questions.
#1...Is the upper tubes 12 over?
#2...Is the tubes chrome of polished steel?
#3...how much does it matter if you put polished steel or chrome back?
#4...Called BDM and the guy i talked to said 10 over...WTF????

On mine they are 12" over and 41mm dia, chrome.
Never heard of polished steel fork tubes....................ever.

Yup on the Chrome I bought K9 lowers off Flea Bay and ordered Chrome uppers (10" over for my Chopper):2thumbs:
Look way better than the stock ones!
