I have read a bunch of comments on here on Fork oil and through it all I still can not find how much oil would go into my forks on my 2005 Ridgeback with the telescopic tubes???? Thanks in advance for any help provided.

K9 manual calls for 10oz. each.

original with 30 wt., have tried 20 wt and don't like as much (too soft), but have heard at least one say they are running 10 wt. and like it better. your choice.
