On my 04 mastiff they called for 10 weight. I tried 10w.15w and 20w. Ended up with 30w. It depends on how you like your suspension set up. If it handled fine for you put what you had in it. You can also adjust your preload by adding or cutting the spacer in your forks. There is no "do this and its perfect" I had my forks of atleast 10 times before I was happy but Im very picky on suspension set up. First, for safety, secondly for comfort. 20w will make your rebound "suspension travel up" faster than 30w. It will affect your compression "down stroke" a bit too. Preload on the spring will affect how the bike sits. How the bike reacts to bumps and also your rebound. There is alot of factors with suspension. Again, if you were happy with it before put what BD specd. If you want the front end to rebound quicker go with 20w. Good luck.
