Fork lowers - interchangeable?

Looking for fork lowers for my 05 Pitbull. Found a used pair from an 07 Chopper for a good deal. From what I can find on web and BigDogIsBack the part numbers are different. Will the chopper lowers work on a pit?

They are different styles. Fork legs for a chopper or K-9 would probably work but would have extra holes where the brace goes unless you get a brace for it. Pitbulls don't have a brace connecting the fork legs, choppers and K'9s have one due to the longer fork tubes..
