Hi all,

OK so I am a computer Engineer and this cracks me up but I can't find the search option on this forum to look up my issue. My front fork is a little loose, I can move it side to side, it doesn't have that much play but it has play. This looks like a big job but needs get done asap. Anyone have a Manual for a 2003 Chopper or any manual for my set of Forks?

Thanks

I found the search, the way the lighting in here is I can't see the screen so well. I can still use a little help with whats wrong with my forks tho.

Its more than a service that is needed. Also, I can't ride past 58 mph or I get a wobble, almost like it is out of balanced. I had a issue with one side of my forks and fixed it but I stripped out the bolts on both sides so I had to get a longer bolt that fit. I am not sure but they could be long enough to bottom out and I never tighten them completely. It feels tight but I am not 100% sure, could it be tight but just not enough to cause the wobble? I have too many repairs that always need to be done all the time. I am sick of always having issues with this bike, it seems like there is always some issue. I replaced my speed thingy that goes to the tranny because it couldn't be cleaned and now again, my speedo jumps like it did before, any thoughts on that issue? Also anyone know how to take the tach apart, my light went out and I don't see a fuse for it. I would sell her but I don't want to give someone else my issues.
