I have a set of the sissy bar receiving rear fender struts that I will trade straight accross for a set of stock rear fender struts. I sold the sissy bar and don't need the struts. I could put some spikes in the receiving holes but some one that wants/needs these would be better off not paying big dog the price for them. No charge for the struts you just pay shipping to get the stock struts to me and the receiving struts back to you. Huge savings. These are for a 2003 Chopper with the rolling thunder frame. let me know if you're interested!

I don't want a sissy bar for several reasons. 1. I think a sissy bar should be on a ridgid and follow the lines of the forks, not on the fender struts so it goes up and down with the suspension. 2. With no rear seat it looks funky. 3. This is one of the only upgrades BDM offers so 90% of the dogs I see have one and I like to be different than thw rest of the pack. I like the clean line I have since the removal of mine, I just thought if some one was going for the upgrade then I could save them a pile of money.

Struts have been sold/traded. Thanks for your replies but first pm that confirmed trade got them. I just wish I had more, I hate seeing corporate pockets get big bucks for what should be either reasonable or in this case free.

I agree Sparks...been watching ebay for over a year and finally picked up a set for my 05 RT chop this weekend. Cost me $140.00 and I feel like I got a deal compared to new. Now they come standard on all the bikes.
Go figure.
