For beginners with limited tools: Air cleaner maintenance

Same process basically for those of us with lots of tools.
Air cleaner replace/clean needs only 1 allen key.

Now I understand some fanatics might use a torque wrench re-installing so the bolts are "just so" but I'm not one of them.
