So, before I drop the cash for em, the spiked gunner chrome peg set BD SPKE CHROME GUNNER . Any one have something like those to give me some insight on if your feet slip? I wear my work boots 99.9% of the time which are flat rubber bottoms.

thx

Got 'em Love 'em and have never had any slipping of my feet and I 've worn everything from leather soled boots to flip flops!

SKOGDOG

One of the old ones.
I had some BDM chrome tribal spikes and couldn't keep my feet on 'em because of the vibration..it was more of a problem at sustained higher speeds. Sold them to a Forum member and went back to stock pegs with the rubber lugs...worked like a charm.
I suppose it depends on what kind of riding you do. They sure look good.

I've got a set and love them. I don't have any issues keeping my feet and hands on them. Even in the rain.

slippery pegs

trible foot pegs suck for traction,I may have to go back to stock foot pegs or get a spike with rubber. down right dangerous if they get wet:loony:

I have a something close and did have some foot slippage but went to a marine sales store and bought some non-skid deck tape put a thin 1/2 strip on each peg ( you have to look hard to even see it ) no more sliding.:2thumbs:

I had a problem keeping my feet on the pegs. Vibration was unbelievable . Had the motor rebuilt and trued and balanced . No more vibration, feet stay on the pegs without a problem. I`m glad I did that because it would have caused me problems later on. Money well spent.

:confused:I may have to try that trainguy, are the k9s vibrating motors normal? or do we need to have the motor balanced like wolfen?

I am with JR on this one. The Raptors with rubber looks awesome. And if your better half always travels in stilettos, here's a trick for ya:
