You can find new pegs on here or ebay all the time. I have seen other people also use grip tape, but it usually doesn't look that good.

Just got a set from Zero. I gonna try to do a bit of lathe work on my originals after I get the pegs from Zero. Seems to be a waste to get rid of a peg because of the rubber being worn. Thinking I could start by cutting a point on the end, cut some grooves for some rubber peg bands, who knows.

RIP Brother
Rubber replacemnt

I have a 05 BD Chopper DT with stock pegs. don't know what pegs you have but if they are stock there is no replacement rubber. With that said the rubber on a few of my pegs tore and started to come off and I have had good luck with putting them back in place with epoxy. Clean peg and rubber well with solvent or paint thinner, apply epoxy to peg and rubber, wrap with tape till dry. trim off excess epoxy with razor knife........worked for me and you really can't tell where the repair is. That's it ............that's all I've got.

pegs

Does anyone know if I can get stock replacement foot peg rubber for an 06 mastiff.
The rubber on the pegs really sucks. It kind of peels off on my shifter peg and bunches up. Looks like crap. I did see a post on here last week about adapters for using harley pegs. I think it was on ebay. Do a search for adapters.

Needs rubber replaced as well ! and you can take Mother's Billet polish with you "finger" rubbing in back and forth and almost make them look new again!

Thank you,

Ray

If you guys go to the general section and look up redesigned pegs you can see what I did to my stock pegs. I am in the process of making a matching set of shifter and brake pegs.

DO YOUR PEGS LOOK LIKE THE ONES ON MY BIKE IN MY PROFILE PICTURE? IF SO HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT FOR THEM?
