Got my clevis' in from Cavracer today. Thanks Steve.

Ordered my pegs today to go with them. Changed my mind at the last minute and went with practical pegs vice show.
I was going to get the Kuryakyn Widow pegs but at the last minute ordered the Sweptwings.
They should be more comfortable on the long rides.
Will post photos of them on the scoot when I get them.

Later,
Ray

I like the Flame style pegs they offer.

I looked at all those pegs and decided to go with the Widows because they had more surface area than most of the others. I had Vickie giving me the sizes from her book because most sizes are not on the Site.

I haven't received them yet and when I do get around to installing them I'll let you know. (It may be a couple of weeks before I'm cleared to ride) :)

I liked these...

I was concerned about the stirrup dragging, but Cavracer got them and did not seem to have any problems. :2thumbs:

the stir-ups are the shit, i like my pegs. they vibrate more then stock but its worth it. had a little problem with clearance on my pipes though, still not sure exactly what im goin to do.

That's why I like the flame ones they call switchblades... the stir up folds in if you don't want it out.

I was thinking of getting the flame stirrups myself since my feet tend to slide off the big dog round flame pegs I put on when I bought my bike. I do think I would have to extend my brake lever with the adapters though. I just touch the outside of it now with the spike pointing upward.

That is a concern of mine, but the flamed stir ups seem to be angled more that they should miss my pipes. I'm a bit undecided about the Flames (like the stir up, but never tried anything like them before) and the Widow pegs. I like the Widow looks and size.

I would really like to see both in person, will see if I can find a local dealer that carries them in stock. :loony:

Steve, Thank you, I just got your clevis adapters today and they do look good, you do nice work. Can't wait till I put some new pegs on since mine are pretty much shot but with all the cool pegs out there for HD it's going to be a difficult decision.
