Flashing the speedo

08 Mutt. So, I read the threads and looked at the pics, and I have a question. My speedo only flashes when I turn the key on, not again when the engine starts. W/o a dealer, where can you get the softwhere to upgrade for the second flash? And it would be nice, with permission of coarse, to have these downloads available on the site, say for example the Speedo flash and the Thunderheart adjustable ignition software, ect. You know i will lose the damn disk or break it 5 minutes after I do the first launch. How bout an app for the IPhone that will self heal an EHC roadside. C'mon, we have to have one genious in this group. .:up:

Change your speedo to a Dakota Digital which requires no flash and the Thunder Heart adjustable ignition for which you will need a screw Driver for software, it is that easy. The Dealer are gone gone gone :2thumbs:

Exactly what I'm talking about...Jack of all trades, master of none and if you ask my wife, she claims I am just the village idiot. Is there not software on the thunderheart to adjust the rev limit? Was hoping someone might have the disk for the flash. Don't have the cash for a Dakota right now.

Unless your tach is acting stupid, you shouldn't need the software for the Thunderhart. Go to their web site for instructions on settings. If I remember right the 'Letter' settings are timing plus higher rev limits. I wish I could get the speedo flash also.
