I dont know how many others have or are having any problems with the baker flanged hub when the carrier brakes or clutch nut backs off, if changing to a bandit set up you have to reuse the hub, if your hub splines are messed up you have to buy the whole baker set up to get just the hub.(BS) in a conversation with bandit machine works today they conveyed an interest in machining these hubs in shop if there was enough interest in them, whomever i was talking with was stating they are getting alot of calls for them as baker will not sell the flanged hub seperate from the bearing and carrier kit,,so if anyone is interested keep bandits phone ringing, sure would be nice to be able to get a whole bandit set up from the mainshaft out when upgrading clutch the phone number is 1-717-464-2800:cheers::2thumbs:

just an update for people looking for clutch flanged hubs.. got a call from Jeff at bandit today, he was telling me how bandit is going to start machining the hub and carrier as one piece and selling it with the clutch kit,,i am not sure how the bearing will play into the fabrication but i have a lotta faith in bandit putting out a quality product for our dogs. for anyone changing to the bandit setup you will not have to press the baker flanged hub out of the baker carrier to reuse in the bandit,,also baker will not sell just the hub alone and Forces you to buy as a kit with the carrier ,,THANK YOU BANDIT MACHINE WORKS

That's not any better than Baker.
If they machine the hub and carrier as one unit and the hub nut comes loose you will still be buying the entire carrier verses just the flanged hub

kapt, you cant just buy the flanged hub though, either to replace in a baker or bandit setup, thats my bitch,,baker wont sell it without buying the carrier and bearing with it at $500 or so, by locking us into that purchase they are essentialy forcing us to use bakers clutch set up by price default and not the bandit if you have worn splines on the hub , i guess we will all have to wait and see what bandit comes up with as far as durabilty/strength and bearing- wear, i do know i am pretty happy so far with bandits clutch performance and strength and would prefer bandit parts before bakers,,just my op
