First Gear

I just installed stock controls and shift linkage (had 2.5 extensions). Now I cannot get it to shift into first gear? It will cycle through neutral all the way to six and back down to neutral but will not go into first. Any thoughts on this?

If it was shifting fine before you put your forward controls on, then I would say you need to adjust the shift linkage using the Hyme joints. Go one way with the linkage and see if it gets any better, if not then turn it the other way.
