Some things I was hoping to run by you guys to see if I could get any input on '07 K-9.

First off when the guys who installed wires plus kit mounted the new key tumbler, they cut the braces off under the coil cover, damn tumbler fell off twice already. I remember awhile back seeing someone had a FOB installed similar to Harley, any leads on aftermarket FOBs that might be compatible? Any other options besides a key tumbler?

Its getting a little cooler out now and I'm riding in 50 and 60 degree temps. Bike seems to lag, fine when I drop the hammer but cruising feels like its being held back, not quite chugging but close. once in awhile the dual intakes audibly puke out air. Should I worry about changing jetting? Any other things to be aware of with cooler temps besides ample time to warm up?

Any ideas why my tach goes out (disappears) when accelerating HARD? Is it fixable? It always comes back on when Dog is restarted, but rather have it not happen.

I know I have more but these are the immediates, thanks for the help.

I do feel the difference between summer & winter... in winter I have to go up in the Inter jet from .031 to .032.

Speedo.... mine does the same... there was an upgrade or recall... has been discussed here. I cant be bothered with it.. I never look at it.

See files attached for Jetting adjusting Carb.

As for your Tachometer, the Annunciator / Tachometer ring assembly is replaceable. They do go bad or you might have a loose connection. If you want to replace the Tach ring you can get one of the from Curtis at WSW (619) 823-8557
