Yes it is!

That' quality control at it's best! No better way to ensure a product is gonna hold up over time then to put it through a rigorous testing program!

Hmm, next time you have that little voice in your head telling you to leave them on, take a baseball bat and slam it against your head till the voice stops..then take off the damn reflectors..

Mine never comes off and I like the look, just gotta take the luggage rack off.

Plus I got a sissybar bag I carry earplugs and sunscreen, long sleeve shirt and a few odds and ends around.

Dent uses a 3 year olds backpack and that would drive me nuts. I don't want anything on my back for 50 miles or 200 miles.
