All wires were fine as well by the way, I checked them too.

do you have lights on the thunderheart ign module???why do you need a new wire harness??

I know you're not asking me but I have a few (in no particular order)...
1. Does your bike turnover when you push the RUN then START buttons?
2. You said you've replaced all the ignition related components but I didn't see anything mentioned about the ignition module?
3. What, if any, lights are you seeing on the EHC and/or ignition module when you turn on the key and hit the buttons?
4. You mentioned that you've "tested voltage on the entire system", can you be more specific (test points and readings)?
5. This may be unrelated to your "no start" problem but did you replace the broken spring in the starter?

PS Based on your original post, are you sure you got all the wires hooked back up to the battery after you replaced it? Just askin'....
