Most of the info can be found on their web-site. We have been thinking about either a toy hauler or a rv capable of hauling two bikes. There's so many choices it's unreal.

Whats an ultra light weigh?
Ultra Light means the trailer weighs less than a comparable standard trailer. The total weight the trailer can hold is usually the same as a standard trailer. Its easier to pull.....less weight. I have a 34' Forest River Travel Trailer and it only weighs 5800lbs empty. It can be pulled with a half ton pickup. There usually made with aluminum studs and fiberglass to make them lighter. I've owned 3 Rv's in the last 25 years and the Ultra Light has been the best one. Less weight means better gas mileage and easier uphill pulls. For those of you who have diesels its not that big of a deal, but your still pulling less weight.

Thanks,

I assumed Ultra Light meant it was lighter and obvious benefits.

I was just asking what was the weight vs a normal trailer which I know is 8-10k+ pounds. But you answered it with your 5,800. So it looks like you looking at about a 30-40% weight reduction.

How does it handle down the highway with strong winds?

The dry weight is 7864 lbs with the capability of 2400 lbs of cargoThat's not bad for a overall length of 30 feet , it easily fits 2 bikes I have my ridgeback and a heritage softail that I haul ,, iv been from Florida to Texas twice and it pulls very nice ,, no sway back and forth and with the 5 th wheel I can get in and out of tighter spots ,, thanks for all the input
