Rode to work this morning was 33 degrees when I left. After all those 90+ days we had here on the east coast this summer must have thined my blood, this is f-in cold! I'll still ride up untill I see snow, but in the morning with no sun, that'll frost your nuts.:whoop:

39 degrees in Danville, VA this morning...I think I'll wait 'til noon when it's supposed to 64 degrees to open the garage door!

Heated gear guys. Highly recommend Gerbings brand. Make sure it's the latest version that is microwire. Ride in less than 30 degrees on the highway and still be warm and toasty.

Was thinking of the heated gear..........just a bit concerned about drain on the battery, we all know what happens when the battery goes low on these bikes. All I realy need are the gloves, saw some that draw 1 amp.

We've been pretty lucky this year in the Southern Tier of NY. This weekend will be the first we've seen temps in the 40's. Been ridin the whole time, but now it's bummer time. The long cold winter starts. SHIT!

Took what might be my last ride of the year today:moped:...got up to 60 degrees for a short time.
Tomorrow it's supposed to drop 10 degrees and not get above 50 next week. :zzdisappointed::nopity:
Shipping my K9 to AZ for Bike Week at the end of March, which might be the next time I ride it...5 months downtime SUCKS!!!:bang: :(

Rode mine to the dealer today for the 1K service. About 120 miles round trip at about 45 degrees with occasional rain. This could be my last ride of the year as well.
This isn't far away.........:bang:

Went down to 27 degrees last night and got about 1/2" of snow. Most of it melted today. The dog has been parked for 2 weeks now.

Below 40 I already know I will be toasty and warm on my way to work as long as that pick up trucks heater is working!!!! I have nearly frozen before trying to ride in the cold. My fingers freeze up on me for some reason !!! :D

better put on your cold weather gear. short sleeve shirt instead of a guinea tee. lucky mf.

i'm gonna go scrape the frost off the dog and go for a ride.:2thumbs:

well......just got back from my morning ride. it was in the 40's and gotta say my new fox creek leather is the bomb!!:whoop:
fit is good. had nothing but a t-shirt on underneath. thing is heavy and i'm sure i'll get plenty of use out of it.

if anyone is interested... i think they're running a sale on it.
